Standard Shipping Policy

We are currently partnered with Australia Post https://auspost.com.au 

NOTE: During the holiday season, orders for the Sydney Metro are also delivered during the weekend.  An SMS is sent before the driver arrives to deliver your package.  This service is not available outside of Sydney Metro.

Dispatching your order

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, between Monday to Friday.  Once collected from our Sydney Metro warehouse, the parcels are taken to the depot for scanning, sorting, and routed for regional and interstate delivery.  An email is sent with the tracking details of the shipping supplier.  For those packages delivered during the weekend, an SMS will be sent to you with a delivery timeframe and seek delivery instructions (e.g, leave on porch bench etc.).

Shipping timeframe

Our shipping timeframes are solely as per Australia Post and Fastway recommended timeframes.  During peak periods this may vary.  Allow for approximately 3-7 business days, as per the guidelines from Australia Post and Fastway.  

Stolen Parcels

It is the responsibility of the customer to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels once order has been delivered to the nominated address.

Your email will advise the shipping supplier and the tracking details.
