We want you to love every 4THELOVE purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund, exchange, or return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase

Please note the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care and health items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email about the status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Important:

  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery — we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking
