You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or store credit. We simply ask that products are returned in the same pristine condition in which they arrived — unused, unmarked, and presented in their original packaging.
This policy is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which always apply.

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds, exchanges, or returns beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be presented in original packaging accompanied with proof of purchase
- Item must be full-priced at time of purchase.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Personal care and health items
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Change of Mind Returns
If you simply change your mind, you are welcome to return your items within 90 days.

Processing your Return
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding the status of your request.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

- Only full-priced items are eligible for refund.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the safe return of items without tracking.
